Bought this padlock for my Mobility Scooter shed, thought it would be good but very disappointed. Haven’t used the Scooter for a while so haven’t had to unlock the key for about a month, went to unlock it today & it took me about 10 minutes to get it unlocked, I don’t have great dexterity in my hands so I thought, ok, that’s down to me, but, when I came home & put the Mobility Scooter back in the shed & went to put the padlock on again, try as I might, I just cannot get it to close. Sorry but I do not recommend this product ☹️

Nice strong locks it's great with the long shackle so much easier to use, I have on Shed and outdoor storage containers. Will probably have to cover in winter months with a plastic bag I would think to save from rusting.

long handle fits most lockers. sturdy and robust. easy to lock and unlock. comes with two keys.

Light but appears well-made. Lives out of doors and too soon to say how durable it will be, but ABUS is a quality brand - I have some of their (expensive) bike locks which have worked well over several years, so I'm not expecting any problems.

Doesn't appear to be particularly substantial, but it's a well known make and the reviews were good. That is basically why I chose it. Seems fine though so should do the job. If you are buying one for a garage door for instance, my advice would be to pay more and get something more hefty.
