Our portable wind speed gauge HP-816 (new version display) is very durable and has a wide field of application. The shapely designed equipment also includes a thermometer. From wind force and temperature thereby the felt temperature (windchill) can be determined. On the large clear display you can read off the wind force as digital numerical value and as Beaufort wind scale in the bar chart (bargraph). The display indicates temperature and the battery charge at the same time. So you can read off all important parameters with a single view. The LCD display has a backlight so you can even use it in darkness and by night.
Available units for the wind speed measurement are km/h, m/s, mph and knots (minimum 0,2 m/s, maximum 30 m/s). There is a wind speed maximum and average function. Also there is a automatic power off function to save energy.
