Ich bin viel am Berg unterwegs und bei Black Diamond Produkten kann man nicht viel falsch machen die wissen was sie machen. Den Eispickel habe ich in dieser Länge nicht herbekommen nur auf Amazon. Ein Gletscherpickel sollte bei hängenden Hand mit der Endspitze ca. bis zum Knöchel gehen dann kann man ihn Artgerecht benutzen. Ein weiterer Punkt warum ich diesen Eispickel gekauft habe ist, dass man die Teile abschrauben kann. Somit ist es sehr praktisch für den Transport da ich öfters meine Ausrüstung im Flugzeug transportiere.

Live this axe. Ridges on axe really help self arrest easily and quickly. The sharpness on tip allows you to pin in the snow with almost no struggle at all. Love the adjustable factor.

別売りのアイスクライミング用ピックに交換できるのですが、以前のモデルのベノムは用途がベーシックだったので気になってましたが、本体のどこにもT(テクニカル)マークが無いBマークもありません。説明書にはピック次第みたいなことが書いてあります。
