UPDATE: 01/23/25 Seller wrote back very quickly and said that they would send me a replacement. Will update rating and review when I receive new item.01/22/25 I have only used it a few times since I received it in July, certainly not on a daily basis. It has started to delaminate and come apart at the end where it guides my heel into the shoe making it unusable because it is no longer smooth and will scratch skin and/or damage my socks. Wrote to seller for a replacement or refund, we shall see if they are reputable or not.

As some other reviewers have pointed out, the color of the shoe horn was homogeneous, boring, and nothing like what is shown on the product listing. I decided to keep it just out of laziness thinking that even if it didn't look good, it would at least be functional. Unfortunately the whole shoe horn snapped a few days (7, to be exact) after the end of the return period. Worst shoe horn I have ever wasted money on.

Already got my shoe horn ,i didn't order another one

slightly wide at tip for my shoes, but still works well and I like the horn way better than plastic or steel.
