Product good but top is not secure

Tasse à thé pratique et esthétique. Le thé en vrac est très bien filtré. En revanche, deux petits bémols : le joint du couvercle est plié sur lui-même donc le couvercle n’est pas complètement hermétique ; la partie pleine du filtre à thé est coupante (en le lavant, je me suis coupé). Le service clients a été très réactif et m’a proposé un remboursement.

EDIT : The support team contacted me after my review here and offered to send me another one, free of charge, and this time the lid is completely fine, it was still a bit bent due to the way they put it but i was able to bent it the other way and it looks normal ! Excellent support team, thank you so much !The product arrived super fast and it feels very sturdy, the glass seems super strong and overall i'm quite happy with it but the joint on the lid is folded on itself at one spot (see pictures). When I put the lid on, it doesn't fit "perfectly" because of this, rather it's raised a bit on the folded side.

I was a bit hesitant to buy a teaglass online. As a '3 liter teadrinker a day' I like to get a new teacup or glass every year or so. But I like to hold it in my hand, weighing it and inspecting the quality of the material before buying. I was searching for a teaglass instead of a cup so that I can see how much the tealeaves have strained. And I was searching for a glass with a large volume. +430ml. This one looked good. Shipping was ultrafast: received it the same day as ordering(!?) I felt a bit ashamed about that really. I could have waited for a week.First impression of the product is excellent. Glass is not too thick or thin, I think it can take a bump. The strainer is large and seemingly of good quality. Also the wooden lid is beautiful with tin/iron on the bottom to put the strainer on when upside down. The volume was around 450ml (not filled to the rim) which is excellent for me. Heatwise; you can't hold the glass when you have poured boiling water into it. You have to wait a bit, but I don't mind. After some time I could wrap my hands around the warm glass. so nice! TLDR: First impression and using it for 2 weeks: excellent product! Very happy!
