I use this fan/heatsink on all my CM4 devices.I use it on the 3V3 supply not 5V (pin 1 on the 40 pin header from the main boards, if fitted).Keeps the CM4 cool without fan making too much noise.

Raspberry Pi CM4 wird sehr gut gekühlt und ist leise dabei finde es sehr gut.

Ottimo prodotto, utilizzato con un CM4 che lo attiva a 60°C e lo spegne dopo pochissimi secondi quando la temperatura raggiunge i 50°C

Radiateur en aluminium pour Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 CM4, et qui qui ne convient que pour ce modèle précis Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4.Voilà une bonne surface pour dissipation de la chaleur.Montage des plus simple :- Positionner les coussins thermiques- Positionner le radiateur- Insérer les 4 vis M2,5, par le dessous- Positionner les 4 écrous M2,5, à serrer raisonnablement avec le mini tournevis fourniEt voilà, c’est déjà terminé.
