Nice cards, very convenient. Sometimes the picture is not enough to understand the workout, but looking in YouTube you can always find good explanations

Awesome product! I get bored having the same exercise routine so these are perfect for me. The instructions are simple and easy to understand. 4 Stars because the box wasn't in the best of conditions (damaged corner and a bit dirty overall), but the cards are in perfect condition.

Though I can't do all the exercises on the cards to to health and age, I can do most of them. And because of health issues I can't do long periods of exercise. So this is perfect: I pull a card, I do the exercise or two, I sit down and rest, and later I pull another card or two throughout the day. Works perfectly for me.
