At first great, then after a while the Arlo Pro 4 stops being charged...Found this to be the case for external charging.Made several complaints to Arlo support...They do not respomd

Very long charging cable, ideal for routing through a window for charging.The cameras do not have a long usage time on full charge, so mounted them near the upstairs windows, I can lean out, plug them in and the longer cable allows me to thread them through the small window and leave it on first lock without trapping the cable.This means I can leave it to charge from solar panels in the day time when not at home.The original cable is far too short of be of any practical use.

I was hoping this would work on the Arlo 3 Pro Floodlight, it does charge the camera but alas if it is charging the camera is unavailable and hence the accessory is pointless.Returning as not compatible even though it suggests it is.

Initially a great solution to the poor battery life of the Arlo ultra cameras. However, the problem with these cables is in the longevity. Having purchased 4 of these to power each of my cameras I found that the power would intermittently drop. In some cases this would be for only a short period, in others I would need to disconnect the cable and reattached in order for the power to restart. Most worrying is the fact that I noticed on several occasions that this problem would lead to a camera dropping offline from the Arlo system. In order to reactivate the camera I would need to disconnect the cable, remove the battery and reconfigure in the Arlo system. This problem only occurred when these cables were being used. I’ve subsequently replaced with the official Arlo cables which do not exhibit the same problem.
