I love the self closing and non touch lid. I keep this as a spare for things in want covered and it works well. Although it's not smell proof, it does help mildly which is good enough.

While not a bad trash can, this has the look and feel of a very cheap Aldi find rather than a premium $40 can. The metal is thin and the lift mechanism is flimsy. It should be fine with gentle adult use. The finish is also cheesy looking and not like a brushed metal grey at all... more flat like plastic, though it is thin metal. I have no problem with all of this if this was a value item. The small size works well in my bathroom, since this is really just for small feminine items.

I got the 3L light grey and it is beautiful. Looks very modern and stylish, has a foot pedal and an easy grab tab for opening by hand. I love the look of this product, so clean, minimal, and very stylish. The function is super-smooth and silent, and it doesn't take up a lot of space. It's perfect for smallish spaces like the countertop at a doctors office, a small RV bathroom, or as a refuse bin at a coffee station (for napkins, straws, stir sticks, creamer cups, etc.).PROS:1.
