Für Leute, die gerade anfangen, Gitarre zu spielen, kann ich es sehr empfehlen. Allerdings ist das Begleithaft in englischer Sprache. Ein paar Englischkenntnisse wären vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend. Es werden auf dem Akkord-Kompass fünf Dur-Akkorde, und zwar C, A, G, E und D-Dur in verschiedenen Positionen auf dem Hals visualisiert. So kann man z.B. Umkehrungen und auch Solo-Gitarre spielen lernen. Ich würde empfehlen, auch das ein oder andere Video zu diesem Artikel auf YouTube anzuschauen.

I bought this, thinking the Cord Compass was really cool and would be helpful, but thought I would really benefit from exercises in the book. Well, while the Cord Compass is cool and helpful, the book is just amazing! In easy to understand and with well illustrated concepts, it leads you to discovery after discovery that takes you from cord shapes to an understanding of the fretboard! I finally get it now!

Just started using… music theory has been a bit of a struggle. This helps and has opened my eyes to some things that perhaps others found obvious. So far, the accompanying book is great as it makes you think as well as understand in the way it explains.Ultimately I suppose a good player will do all this as second nature but for those of us trying to get our heads around the construction of music it might be the tool that helps.Early days but I am impressed so far.

Ne permet pas de visualiser les accords mineurs. Cet outil ne montre que la construction des accords majeurs.C'est très dommage car les accords mineurs sont autant utilisés que les accords majeurs.Le système est bien conçus et pratique mais la position des 3 notes (fondamentale, tierce et quinte) est complètement différente en mode mineur donc on ne peut pas l'utiliser pour voir et comprendre la différence entre les deux modes comme le fait d'autres outils plus complets.C'est vraiment dommage. C'est à moitié utile :/
