I ordered this to deburr metal sheet, either after sawing or plasma cutting.Construction: It's provided with two alternative airline connectors - Euro and another one that I don't recognise. There's no NPT connector which is widely used in the UK, but if you have a compressor that uses NPT you probably already have spare connectors. It's a cast metal body with sheet metal actuation lever and a plastic safety catch that prevents you activating the air accidentally - which work well enough, but I wonder how well the plastic safety catch would stand up to being dropped onto a concrete floor - but perhaps it's just me that regularly drops air tools onto concrete floors.Assembly: No instructions are provided other than the ones on the Amazon web page - there's just an exploded assembly diagram with a list a part names & numbers provided. Attaching the blades is a little fiddly, partly because they're small and partly because I'm an older geezer who's eyes don't work as well as they used to. It's not a difficult operation though, using the two Allen keys provided. There's an adjustment for airflow, allowing you to turn down the volume of air supplied to (and therefore cutting power of) the tool.In use: It's an effective tool, very quickly deburring sawn mild steel & aluminium sheet. It can take a couple of passes to get clean, consistent, smooth edges, especially when using the deeper cuts - but that's fine, it's not really intended for deep chamfers. For what it's intended to do, it's a very quick & effective tool.Spares: It takes two blades 180 degrees apart, and a spares est of two blades are provided. Each blade has 3 cutting edges, so the can be rotated by 120 degrees when they get blunt. I was pleased to see that links are provided on the web page to purchase replacement blades. Also included are two replacement roller bearings, which follow the edge that you're chamfering.In summary, it's an effective tool for quickly deburring cut edges of mild steel and aluminium. I didn't try other metals, but I suspect anything harder than mild steel might be difficult and wear the blades quite quickly.I give it five stars as a rapid and effective deburring tool, which is the job it's intended for, and am happy to recommend it

Ich habe die Klingen erhalten. Die machen einen guten optischen Eindruck.Leider war das Angebot etwas irreführend, da die Klingen natürlich über keinen 1/4Zoll Lufteinlass verfügen, keine 10000 U/min machen, und keine "pneumatische Anfasmaschine" sind.Man erhält mit diesem Angebot nur die Ersatzklingen, welche mit ca.20€ auch nicht sehr teuer erscheinen.Da ich dafür nichts bezahlt habe, weil es im Rahmen des Vine Programms kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, kann ich es aber auch nicht zurücksenden. Den Schaden hat somit der Anbieter und nicht ich.Daher bezieht sich meine Punktewertung lediglich auf den optischen Eindruck und den raschen Versand.Weniger Punkte zu vergeben, würde das Produkt möglicherweise fälschlich abwerten, fünf Punkte kann ich ebensowenig vergeben.Grüße,Gerhard

Bei der Bestellung des Mini 45° pneumatischen Anfasmaschinen-Sets von luolety ist mir leider ein Missverständnis unterlaufen. Ich hatte eigentlich angenommen, dass es sich um die gesamte Maschine handelt, aber tatsächlich sind nur die Präzisionsklingen im Set enthalten. Ohne die eigentliche Maschine kann ich die Klingen natürlich nicht wirklich nutzen, daher beschränkt sich meine Bewertung momentan nur auf den ersten Eindruck der Klingen selbst.Optisch machen die Präzisionsklingen einen soliden Eindruck. Sie wirken gut verarbeitet und scheinen für den Einsatz in einer Anfasmaschine bestens geeignet zu sein. Die Klingen sehen scharf und präzise aus, was darauf hindeutet, dass sie wahrscheinlich gut darin sind, Metallgrate zu entfernen und Kanten sauber anzufasen – vorausgesetzt, man hat die passende Maschine dazu.Leider kann ich ohne die Maschine nicht mehr dazu sagen. Aber für jemanden, der bereits eine Anfasmaschine besitzt und auf der Suche nach hochwertigen Ersatzklingen ist, könnten diese Klingen eine gute Wahl sein. Wenn es also nur um die Klingen geht, machen sie einen vielversprechenden Eindruck.
