Good for the price, will keep sun off me, lightweight. Have not used it. I would not say it will stand up to superstrong wind for long period of time, The metal bits look too thin for that, but it will do what I need on hiking trip hopefully. Came in nice zip up box, and it takes up small amount of space. very compact.

This is a neat umbrella with a good semi-hard case and umbrella cover. I had to pull very hard at first to extend the handle, as the entire umbrella was neatly folded and wedged into it. After that, extending the handle fully and collapsing down again was easy. Being compact, the shank is quite short and also slender. Wrapping it as tight as possible to put away but not as neatly as it came, I was just able to get it into its cover and into the box. The box has some play in it around the zip, which helps in coaxing it shut.This is ideal to keep in the car or throw in a bag where it wouldn't take up much space.

This is a great umbrella that is small enough to fit into a lady’s purse!For the size it folds down to it’s actually relatively large when unfolded… enough to cover one person. The umbrella comes both with a storage line and then a storage case that’s zipable.It’s a manual open umbrella that you extend the handle and then push the stalk up to extend. The ribs are relatively strong, not sure it will fully stand up to a really windy storm but in most conditions will probably be absolutely fine!To fold down simply press a release tab on the stalk and then fold down. The material the umbrella is made from feels relativley strong and as expected water repellant!Overall if you’re after an ultra portable umbrella that folds down to a small size as possible then this is the product for you!
