I ordered these at the same time as the gold set by the same seller as I wanted to fix and add eyelets to a Hallowe'en sheet I had received via Amazon that didn't appear to have any eyelets included. I misread the diameter and took the inner measurements of 40mm to be the whole size by mistake. I requested black but I didn't recieve a black but more o a pewter silver colour, which is fine as they are still suitable to be used.You get 32 plastic rings and their parts in a pack that you can just easily press together with your hands and not needing to but the heavy eyelet stamp that is required for the metal counterparts. They are made of plastic and I semi tested how the mechanism would work, which is straightforward and looks very easy to do. My initial project wouldn't be suitable for these as these are to make a form of window hanging or curtain. They do not look strong enough for anything else which you may use the normal metal sort for. I do wonder if they will stay shut when used with a weighty 90 inch drop fabric but my intentions will be for a lighter weight waterproof fabric for our back porch.

Sleek black colour these look great on my curtains. Very pleased.

Black plastic rings. I have a 4m long curtain which had not enough rings, the distance between each ring is too much, so the top hanging there somehow. These rings solve that problem, just put some more between. Not easy to do, but manageable for someone with some DIY skills. Note, once pressed together they do not like to open again.

Easy to put on , very strong

I wasn't sure if this would work but I wanted to change the colour of the eyelets on my existing curtains. The hardest bit was removing the silver metal ones. And these were sooo easy to put on and completely changed the look of the curtains. The plastic internal means there is no harsh metal sounds... absolutely delighted.Thank you.
