I bought this for my mom who recently broke her hip, and is now using a walker. She was complaining how she couldn’t carry anything such as a glass of water. So I found this and decided to try it. It works great- it’s adjustable so it attaches to almost anything. It’s not super wide so it won’t hold her Tervis mug but that’s ok we just use a smaller cup.

Gli altri modelli non presentavano alcuna stabilità. Questo si è rivelato ideale con un rimedio: la pinza è leggermente più larga del supporto che deve agganciare quindi ho inserito tra le parti un sintetico spugnoso e spesso, di quelli che si trovano nelle confezioni a protezione di un oggetto tecnologico. Lo uso da 4 mesi, ci ho messo anche delle lattine, regge bene.

He recommended this particular cup holder from Amazon. I had already paid & received a useless cup holder that was installed by the company I purchased the wheelchair from. I became obsessed with finding a cup holder that would hold a can of pop, a 500ml bottle of water or pop & a 160z travel mug. Bingo! This cup holder is truly UNIVERSAL in that it accommodates all of these items. The reason is because on both sides of the cup holder's rim there is a rubber gasket lip that allows for the insertion of any of the above sized items to be held securely, without any threat of an item falling, slipping or spilling. As for installation, it's idiot proof. Even I could install it without any trouble. One simply places the cup holder on a part of the wheelchair & turns the handle to tighten it. If you don't want to leave it on the wheelchair or if you want to relocate it, you simply turn the handle & you can take it with you. I highly recommend it. In fact, I purchased 2 of them; so that when I am pushing my friend in his wheelchair, we will both be able to have whatever we like to drink available to us when we choose to stop or I can grab a gulp when I am walking his wheelchair. Do your friend or wheelchair user a big favour & get them at least their own cup holder & maybe one for yourself. A game changer for sure.
