This is a great music boxing machine, so easy to install with the supplied velcro just follow the simplified instructions. The routines give a great workout for young or old. The ability to connect your own music via Bluetooth is an added bonus and sounds great. I highly recommend for anybody wanting to add a boxing routine to the exercise routine to build arm muscles or even just to release a little tension.So far between me and my 9 yr old son it's held up great and the size works for us both with a little height adjustment with the velcro. For the money I think this is a great value and would recommend it!

My family absolutely loves this . It’s easy to use, lights up when you punch it, sounds great, volume is loud, very sturdy, comfortable on your hands when hitting the machine with and without the gloves, great value for your money for sure . Fun and functional ! Definitely recommend !
