Absolutely love these seats! Best price I found was here as well, I bought High Backs all around, I think most would also appreciate these on 3 degree swivel bases, which in the my drift boat gives them a nice comfy position facing forward which is great floating for steelhead, but when trolling poses a problem if wanting to face rearward. Easy enough to change swivel around or you can set swivel up backwards & get pretty comfy facing both ways.As for the seats, vinyl seems heavy duty, good stitching, great styling & a good amount of padding with bolsters. Lots of happy butts in the boat now.

Hands down these are great seats. They look great, they sit great and they appear to be made well. Nothing to rot either!! Just remember when folded down you HAVE to press the locking tab to fold them back up. Make sure your boaters know this or it may cause some damage to the seat or frustration with the users!

I added these seats to aluminum boxes with 2 inch front legs, plus a 3 degree sloping boat seat swivel and the result is a bucket seat feel as in a car so fine for wife and me (100 lbs. and 160 lbs). The foam upholstery is firm in the outside dark grey bolsters, softer in the lighter grey inner areas on back and seat. Fits people up to 180 pounds I'd say. For those with large buttocks, the firm side padding may be an annoyance. A wider seat for larger people would be a good offering for Temptress to consider. The seat is 17 inches wide to outside edges whereas my office chair is 21 inches; added width would be a benefit to many.

I struggled over boat seats for my Larson Bowrider Boat. I finally got these, not exactly what I started out looking for. I installed them on the boat and I'm glad I looked around. These are very good quality seats that set excellent.

Don't waste your money on one of those cheap Wise seats. I've replaced two of them over the years, upgrading each time and they still are cheaply made. If you get any rough water or weigh more than 250 lbs, you'll trash those seats. This Tempress seat is solid, well made, and looks like the original seats that are in my Lund fishing boat. The straight back is very comfortable for long hours in the seat. I'm sure I won't be replacing this one in two years like the Wise seats. The old saying of "You get what you pay for" is right on. This one is worth the extra money.
