produit de très mauvaise qualité , le poussoir a cassé dès les premiers essais .

Le produit se monte facilement mais la qualité laisse à désirer - le tube du robinet « brandouile » significativement ce qui peut laisser craindre des fuites par usure. Dommage car ce jeu excessif donne un sentiment de qualité médiocre.

Der erste Wasserhahn dieses Typs hat bei uns rund 17 Jahre seinen Dienst getan. Beim aktuellen Auswechseln des Wasserfilters hab ich jetzt prophylaktisch den Hahn mit gewechselt, da er schon ein paar Gebrauchsspuren hatte. Der neue ist nun schon einigen Wochen zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit im Einsatz. Ein preiswertes Produkt von sehr guter Qualität. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen.Ergänzung: Nach 18 Monatan undicht und nach kurz danach ganz kaputt. Also doch nicht so ganz zu empfehlen.

Ho comprato il prodotto per i miei genitori e fino ad oggi si è rivelato ottimo. Funziona benissimo e nessun problema da registrare. Ottimo servizio di consegna da parte di Amazon...come sempre poi.

UPDATE. Six months later and this faucet drips pretty badly. Also, the pictured faucet has a push down lever; the one received has a rotating handle. If I had to do this all again...I wouldn't.Original review:Didn't install as easily as I had hoped, mostly because there were no instructions with it. As a universal kit, it had some extra parts, and without the directions I had some trial and error to perform. I did get it installed, but I appear to have a very light drip after only four weeks. Working to troubleshoot.

In need of new water filter tap (the original one leaking each time it was used) I chose this as it was close in style to what we had and the price seemed very good. Also, many positive reviews here clinched the deal.I ordered it on a Tuesday evening and it arrived standard class on the Thursday morning so no problems there.It is better than the original because the neck is longer and taller making it easier to fill kettles, etc. The only downside is that when you come to fit it there are no diagrams or instructions so you have to work it out yourself. OK, it's not rocket science but you need to work out where each bit goes.The other thing I found was that the thread was much shorter than the original. The work surface is quite thick so there is not much thread underneath the sink for the tightening nut and to connect the pipe leading to the filter. In my case just enough and no more, even using the smaller of the two tightening nuts provided.Overall, though, an excellent purchase and good value considering what you can pay for taps.
