I like the way it can support my neck as well as you're able to take some material out to create the perfect driving experience

I only bought one pillow as the 2-pillow delivery was longer and we were heading out for a road trip and I wanted at least one to try out for the passenger. Very comfortable (almost too comfortable) as I will now not get one for the driver seat in fear of falling asleep on long night drives!! The color match my Tesla Y's black seat very closely, hard to tell. Easy to install, just tuck straps under headrest and backseat. Very soft and puffy and fits and supports back of the neck really well.
