This is the first time I used banding equipment and found the tools to be very easy to use and are both heavy duty and quality made. My first and subsequent banding of ATA cases to a pallet went without error. I did find the instructions provided confusing and totally useless - the photos are dark and instructions hard to follow and it covers several types of the manufacturer's banding items.Others commented on poor quality and inability to use the tools, or that they did not work. Here's my suggestion - Google how to use the tools and you'll find a number of videos showing the steps. That's what I did and I had to play the a few times to understand the process. Since I got the banding system in I ordered additional clamps and sized of band material. I banded over 100 items with 100% success.Another tip is to fully understand the strength and size of the banding material as it applies to the item(s) you are strapping.Completely recommended.
