Fits all NPF mounts that I have used so far and easily connects to a D-Tap port. Can never have enough adapters like this.

I have a 30" slider for my Nikon Z6ii and it takes an NPF-550 (and up) battery. However, for really long exposures, I'd rather use my V-Mount battery, which has a D-Tap connector. This dummy battery connector is perfect for that use case!The cable is long enough that I can put my battery in the middle and as the slider moves from one side to the other, the cable isn't stretched. The cable also comes with two features I didn't expect: A green status light that activates when connected to a battery, and a swivel connector on the D-Tap side (where the indicator light is). That also reduces the strain on the cable when it's in use.This cable is a great option if you use NPF batteries and have a large battery with a D-Tap connector.

Had a few issues with batteries generally failing and leaking, so thought it was time for a dummy battery as I've got a bunch of D-Tap batteries for other bits. Works a charm. Bigger capacity batteries generally means I can use my camera for a long shoot without changing the battery now, without the risk of a battery on the inside of the camera failing or leaking. Price is good for the solid build quality. Recommended!

I use NP-F batteries for all my lights so this is great as I can now power my camera, field monitor and my light all from the v-mount battery, this has done 2x 4 hour shoots now and simply works well, no fuss, no mession, I like that it's orange too as it's easier not to snag the wire, overall no complaints at all it's a really good bit of kit.
